Where 3,287,263 km2 (1,269,219 sq mi) we need to travel. Need to communicate with 1,324,171,354 people. Each district among 725 districts gives us opportunity to discover lots of new flavors. We research and collect all possible recipes, photos and videos to make Best Indian Food Blog. We discovered 72,593 Indian dishes, tasted 9,741 dishes, cooked 7,925 dishes and is on.

India is the world’s most diversified country, where food culture and language change after every 20 kilometer. Travelling all rural remote Indian villages and cities since 1999 to discover, research, cook and taste every Indian food, yes every, i.e. Regional, Aboriginal, Traditional, Historical, Modern and Fusion foods. Discovered 72,593 Indian dishes, tasted 9,741 dishes, cooked 7,925 dishes and is on. Claimed to be the world’s largest food collection. One of my well-wisher, dear friend and famous chef from Switzerland advised me to start my own blog to show and share my work with the world. And I found this idea interesting too! My first post was on 25th October 2018, approximately 23 50 of +5:30. The same day Best Indian Food Blog starts the historical journey, to the future.

Note: Aboriginal, Traditional, Authentic and Rural foods never cook with pre-fixed quantity. Rather made with experience, knowledge, idea, taste and expertise. That is why same recipe but different tastes. So you are requested to use your wisdom while cooking. I believe, your cooking will be different one and much tastier.

Ingredients are always not suitable to same result. You know better than me, raw spice differ with packed dry spice, even all salts are not same to taste, all oils are not same to taste, even onion, ginger, green chili and lots of vegetables are different to taste in different countries. Cooking temperature and flame is always matter. Different country has different water content and it’s individual PH level in ingredients. Every country has its own natural humidity and temperature. Lots of things vary. If I mention, the result always might not be the same, rather you are requested to use your wisdom to cook. I believe that will be a better and unique one itself. And you will enjoy it enough! Thanking you.

Foods published in this blog are made by locals, we like to keep the recipe as it is. Also there is no chance to manipulate any recipe from our end. Locals never apply any kind of food colors or unnatural ingredients to prepare any of the dishes.
