Recipe at a Glance (Labra) : Chop all vegetables ⇒ fry red dry chili, panch phoron, bay leaves ⇒ add chopped vegetable, salt, turmeric ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder ⇒ turn and cook in low flame with lid ⇒ add sugar ⇒ turn and cook.
Ingredients (Khichuri) : Rice, Mung Dal, Salt, Dry Red Chili, Green Chili, Sugar, Oil, Turmeric, Cumin, Water and Ginger, Sweet Pea.
Recipe at a Glance (Khichuri) : Fry dal ⇒ pour water in dal and boil few minutes ⇒ add rice, green chili, salt, turmeric, ginger paste and boil ⇒ add sweet pea ⇒ fry dry red chili and Cumin with oil and pour onto the boiled rice and dal ⇒ add sugar and cook sometime.
