Ingredients (Ghugni) : Yellow Pea, Potato, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chili, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Tomato Sauce, Chili Sauce, Mustard Oil, Water and Salt.
Recipe at a Glance (Ghugni) : Soak yellow pea for five hours ⇒ boil the peas ⇒ cut potatoes into small pieces ⇒ chop onion, garlic, ginger and green chili ⇒ fry potatoes ⇒ add chopped spices, tomato sauce, chili sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, boiled peas ⇒ turn sometime ⇒ add water and salt ⇒ cook sometime.
Ingredients (Roti) : Wheat Flour, Salt and Water.
Recipe at a Glance (Roti) : Make a tight clay of wheat → cut them into pieces and make balls → press them under Roti-Maker or by hand(shape of Papad) → bake them one after another.
