Recipe at a Glance (Payesh) : Mix gobindobhog rice with ghee ⇒ Boil milk with bay leaves and cardamom ⇒ add ghee-mixed-rice into the boiling milk ⇒ add Raisin and boil till rice become soften ⇒ add sugar ⇒ boil sometime.
Ingredients (Sabji) : Potato, Green Pea, Green Chili, Onion, Ginger, Turmeric, Salt, Tomato, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Oil.
Recipe at a Glance (Sabji) : Chop potato, tomato, onion, green chili ⇒ fry potato ⇒ add green chili, onion, turmeric, salt, tomato ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add green pea, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder ⇒ turn and cook in low flame.
Ingredients (Chatni) : Amsotto, Tomato, Sugar, Turmeric, Cumin, Fennel, Coriander, Salt, Oil.

Ingredients (Bhat) : Rice, Green Pea, Carrot, Bean, Cauliflower, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Sugar, Salt, Ghee, Vegetable Oil, Water.
Recipe at a Glance (Bhat) : Boil rice ⇒ remove water and leave it for few minutes to get dry ⇒ chop carrot, bean, cauliflower ⇒ fry chopped vegetables with oil and ghee ⇒ add cinnamon and cardamom ⇒ turn and fry in low flame ⇒ add boiled rice, salt ⇒ turn carefully ⇒ add green pea ⇒ turn and cook carefully ⇒ add sugar ⇒ turn carefully and cook in low flame.
