Recipe at a Glance (Bhata) : Boil bhata ⇒ remove water and leave it for few minutes to get dry ⇒ chop carrot, bean, cauliflower ⇒ fry chopped vegetables with oil and ghee ⇒ add cinnamon and cardamom ⇒ turn and fry in low flame ⇒ add boiled bhata, salt ⇒ turn carefully ⇒ add green pea ⇒ turn and cook carefully ⇒ add sugar ⇒ turn carefully and cook in low flame.
Ingredients (Kombade) : Kombade, Potato, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green Chili, Cumin, Red chili Powder, Bay Leaves, Turmeric, Salt, Mustard Oil.
Recipe at a Glance (Kombade) : Chop kombade, potato and tomato ⇒ paste onion, cumin, ginger, garlic ⇒ marinate kombade with paste, red chili powder, bay leaves, turmeric, salt, mustard oil ⇒ leave it for 1 hour ⇒ saute cumin ⇒ add marinated kombade, fried potato and tomato ⇒ cook in low flame with cover.
