Ingredients : Potato (aloo), Onion, Green Chili, Lemon, Coriander Leaf, Chat Masala, Salt, Water, Oil/Ghee, Flour.

Recipe at a glance : Make a dough with flour, water, salt, oil ⇒ leave it for 30 minutes ⇒ Boil potato ⇒ smash and knead ⇒ chop onion, green chili, coriander leaf ⇒ mix with potato ⇒ add lemon juice, chat masala and salt ⇒ knead finely ⇒ make some small balls from flour dough ⇒ press and spread the dough ⇒ fill with knead potato and seal the edges ⇒ shape like ball ⇒ press and shape like roti ⇒ fry/roast with oil or ghee.
