  2. I love your photos and the great diversity of Indian food, especially since I am a vegetarian and so many of your recipes do not include meat. This one is interesting as whole boiled eggs are rarely seen as an ingredient in food in the US – I never really thought about adding them to curry. Your recipes are like my grandmother’s – no quantities or measurements! I’m going to try and make this but I’m not sure mine will taste the same if I’m guessing at the amounts of the spices. We’ll see what happens 🙂

    1. I believe, yours will be different one and much tastier. Ingredients always not suitable to same result. You know, raw spice differ with packed dry spice, even all salts are not same to taste, all oils are not same to taste, even onion, ginger, green chili and lots of vegetables are different to taste in different countries. Cooking temperature and flame is always matter. Different country has different water content and PH level. Every country has its own natural humidity and temperature. Lots of thing differ to cooking and it’s ingredients. If we mention the same result always might not be same, rather you are requested to use your wisdom to cook. I believe that will be better and unique. Thanking you.

      1. Fear not, I will give it my best shot and see how it goes.
