Location: West Bengal.
Ingredients: Chanda (Roop Chanda), Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garlic, Green Chilli, Sorse (Mustard Seed), Mustard Oil, Nigella Seed, Sugar, Water, Coriander Leaves.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Chop and clean chanda.
Step 2: Marinate with turmeric powder and salt.
Step 3: Make a paste of garlic, green chilli and sorse.
Step 4: Fry marinated chanda in mustard oil ad keep aside.
Step 5: Add nigella seed, salt, turmeric powder, paste in mustard oil, turn and fry.
Step 6: Add green chilli, sugar, turn and fry.
Step 7: Add water, turn and cook.
Step 8: Add fried chanda and boil.
Step 9: Add coriander powder, boil with cover.
Step 10: Sprinkle mustard oil, turn off the flame, and cover. Video Help
