Ingredients : Chick Pea (kala chana), Tomato, Carrot, Beet Root, Onion, Green Chili, Lime, Tamarind, Chat Masala, Cumin, Coriander, Fennel, Water, Salt.

Recipe at a glance : Boil chick pea with salt ⇒ chop all vegetables ⇒ make a syrup of tamarind ⇒ make a dust of roasted cumin, coriander and fennel ⇒ mix all together with salt, lime juice and chat masala.
