Recipe at a glance : Mix flour with water and make a paste ⇒ take a funnel ⇒ pour the paste in the funnel ⇒ pour the paste through funnel clockwise into hot oil [you can use cloth at the place of funnel] ⇒ fry them till become golden ⇒ make sugar syrup ⇒ dip fried crispy Jalebi into sugar syrup ⇒ let them soak sugar syrup for few minutes.

    1. Little difficult but need practice. At the place of flour you can use rice flour rather or could be mix in 50:50 ratio.
