Ingredients : Potato, Muli, Green Chili, Lemon, Coriander Leaf, Chat Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Water, Oil/Ghee, Flour.

Recipe at a Glance : Make a dough with flour, water, salt, oil ⇒ leave it for 30 minutes ⇒ Boil potato ⇒ smash potato ⇒ grate muli and squeeze water ⇒ chop green chili, coriander leaf ⇒ mix with potato and muli ⇒ add lemon juice, chat masala, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder and salt ⇒ knead finely ⇒ make some small balls from flour dough ⇒ press and spread the dough ⇒ fill with knead potato, muli mix and seal the edges ⇒ shape like ball ⇒ press and shape like roti ⇒ fry/roast with oil or ghee.
