Ingredients : Flour, Sour Curd, Salt, Yeast, Water, Butter.

Recipe at a glance : Make a dough of flour, curd, salt, yeast, water, melted butter ⇒ leave it for minimum 4 hours with cover ⇒ make some small peaces of dough of it ⇒ press with dry flour and shape like thicker roti ⇒ stick/paste it on the wall of burning clay oven (use water on roti to paste if required).
