Ingredients : Chickpea(white kabuli), Split Chick Pea, Mung Bean, Rajma, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Green Chili, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Coriander leaves, Kasuri Methi(Dried fenugreek leaves), Salt, Oil, Water.

Recipe at a glance : Soak all grains in water for minimum 6 hours ⇒ boil ⇒ fry chopped onion, garlic, ginger ⇒ add chopped tomato ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, green chili ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add boiled grains ⇒ cook ⇒ add chopped coriander leaves ⇒ cook ⇒ add kasuri methi.
