  3. Sounds interesting enough to try. Should the flour be paste like or blended like a batter? Is the oil for cooking, or do I add that in with the flour? How much ginger? Does the rice flour equal the “regular” flour?

    1. Like a batter. Oil just to fry. Ginger just to add flavour and taste, use to taste. Flour and rice flour respectively 6:1. Be careful much rice flour will make it hard and sandy surface.
