Recipe at a Glance : Fry dal ⇒ boil dal with chopped papaya, green chili, salt, turmeric ⇒ add chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, little bit of sugar (optional) ⇒ cook ⇒ fry red dry chili, jeera, bay leaves, pinch of hing in a separate pan with ghee ⇒ pour it to dal ⇒ mix well.
