Location : Haryana.

Ingredients : Mung Dal, Jeera, Dry Red Chili, Ginger, Green Chili, Turmeric, Salt, Bay Leaves, Papaya, Hing, Coriander Leaves, Ghee, Sugar, Water.

Recipe at a Glance : Fry dal ⇒ boil dal with chopped papaya, green chili, salt, turmeric ⇒ add chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, little bit of sugar (optional) ⇒ cook ⇒ fry red dry chili, jeera, bay leaves, pinch of hing in a separate pan with ghee ⇒ pour it to dal ⇒ mix well.

      1. My husband and spent 5 years living in Mysore. We learned to make many dishes there-yes, we both enjoy the tastes and aromas very much! Fried red chilis in ghee! ❤️
