Ingredients : Kodi (chicken), Guddu, Carrot, Bean, Green Chili, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cornflour, Tomato Sauce, Chili Sauce, Soya Sauce, Tomato, Salt, Oil, Water, Vinegar.
Recipe at a Glance : Marinate small pieces kodi with vinegar ⇒ chop all vegetables ⇒ make a batter of guddu, pinch of salt and cornflour ⇒ dip marinated kodi into batter and deep fry ⇒ put cinnamon into hot oil and leave all vegetables in to oil ⇒ fry ⇒ add fried kodi ⇒ add soya, chili and tomato sauces accordingly ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add little bit of water to tender ⇒ cook.
