Ingredients : Alu, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Tomato Sauce, Mustard Oil, Water, Tomato.

Recipe at a Glance : Chop all vegetables ⇒ fry all vegetables ⇒ add turmeric and salt ⇒ add all powders and sauce when vegetable become soft ⇒ turn few minutes ⇒ add water to boil the alu ⇒ cook till gravy become thick and oil extracts ⇒ it’s ready to serve, let’s taste. ▶️ Video Help
