Recipe at a Glance : Chop aloo, onion ⇒ make a paste of posto and green chili ⇒ fry aloo, onion, nigella seed ⇒ add pest, salt, turmeric ⇒ cook ⇒ add little bit of water, sugar ⇒ cook.
