Recipe at a Glance : Fry dal in mustard oil with dry red chili, chopped garlic, salt and chopped onion ⇒ add water ⇒ Boil dal till melted ⇒ add little bit of sugar, turmeric and chopped green chili ⇒ cook till water vaporized and dal become a dough.
