Recipe at a Glance : Marinate fish with salt and turmeric ⇒ fry and separate ⇒ add mustard seed in hot oil ⇒ turn ⇒ add garlic, crashed ginger, green chili ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped tomato, salt and turmeric ⇒ fry ⇒ add fish ⇒ cook ⇒ add coriander leaves ⇒ cook.
