Ingredients (Alu Dum) : Alu, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Tomato Sauce, Mustard Oil, Water, Tomato.
Recipe at a Glance (Alu Dum) : Chop all vegetables ⇒ fry all vegetables ⇒ add turmeric and salt ⇒ add all powders and sauce when vegetable become soft ⇒ turn few minutes ⇒ add water to boil the alu ⇒ cook till gravy become thick and oil extracts.
Ingredients (Moghlai) : Egg, Flour, Salt, Refined Oil, Onion, Green Chili.
Recipe at a Glance (Moghlai) : Make a soft dough of flour with salt and water ⇒ marinate it for 20 minutes ⇒ knead the dough with oil ⇒ leave it for 20 minutes ⇒ chop onion and green chili ⇒ make some dough from larger one ⇒ shape it like thinner Indian Roti or Bread but larger ⇒ mix chopped chili, onion, salt and egg in a bowl ⇒ put the mixture at center of the bread ⇒ fold four sides of the bread to cover the mixture in square shape ⇒ dip fry till get golden.
