Dahi Anda Masala from Rajasthan, India | Best Indian Food Blog | Yogurt Egg recipe

Location: Rajasthan.

Preference: Non-Veg.

Ingredients: Water, Salt, Anda (Egg), Onion, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Dahi (Yogurt), Sunflower Oil, Mustard Seed, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Boil anda with salt and water.

Step 2: Put boiled anda in a pan and add cold water, peel off and chop into two pieces.

Step 3: Chop onion, split green chilli.

Step 4: Make a paste of ginger, garlic and onion.

Step 5: Whisk dahi.

Step 6: Fry mustard seed and chopped onion in sunflower oil.

Step 7: Add paste, turn and fry.

Step 8: Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, split green chilli, salt, garam masala, turn and fry.

Step 9: Add whisked dahi, turn and fry.

Step 10: Add kasuri methi, turn and fry.

Step 11: Add water, turn and cook.

Step 12: Add anda pieces and cook, turn carefully and cook both sides. Video Help
