Recipe at a Glance : Chop all vegetables ⇒ saute chopped vegetables except cucumber with pinch of salt ⇒ Make a dough of flour with water ⇒ leave it for 10 minutes ⇒ knead the dough with oil until it is no longer sticky ⇒ leave it for 30 minutes again ⇒ form the large dough into small balls ⇒ press with roller pin or roti maker and make it thin 5 mm ⇒ bake it on a pan or tawa ⇒ blend egg with pinch of salt ⇒ pour it in a flat pan ⇒ press the paratha / roti onto egg ⇒ fry with oil both side ⇒ move it on a wrapping paper ⇒ make a line of fried vegetables, chopped cucumber, chat masala, all sauces and roll it with wrapping paper.
