Ingredients : Gobindabhog Rice, Milk, Raisin, Ghee, Nolen Gur (Date Jaggery), Bay Leaf and Cardamom.

Recipe at a Glance : Mix gobindobhog rice with ghee ⇒ boil milk ⇒ add bay leaves and cardamom ⇒ add ghee-mixed-rice into the boiling milk ⇒ add raisin and boil till rice tendered ⇒ add jaggery ⇒ boil sometime.
