Recipe at a Glance : Make a tight dough with water, flour and nigella seed ⇒ press it to shape like indian roti ⇒ cut to shape as you like ⇒ fry in oil [low flame] ⇒ take water in a pan ⇒ boil the water ⇒ mix jaggery ⇒ let the jaggery melt ⇒ turn continuously and check often under pinch if liquid become dusty/rock at cool⇒ add fried nimki and mix well with syrup in low flame ⇒ remove from pan and spread to cool ⇒ it’s ready to serve, let’s taste. ▶️ Video Help
