Ingredients : Palong, Bata (Labeo bata), Green Chili, Turmeric, Salt, Sugar, Nigella seed, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin Powder, Oil, Water.
Recipe at a Glance : Make a paste of ginger and garlic ⇒ fry all fish keep them separate ⇒ add nigella seed and green chili in hot oil ⇒ turn few seconds ⇒ add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric and salt ⇒ turn for few minutes ⇒ add water ⇒ when water start boiling add palong and bata ⇒ leave it to boil ⇒ add little bit of sugar ⇒ cook few seconds.
