Ingredients : Muri (fish head), Badhakopi, Potato, Green Chili, Cumin Powder, Salt, Turmeric, Sugar, Oil, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin, Ginger.

Recipe at a Glance : Chop badhakopi and potato ⇒ fry fish head and separate ⇒ fry chopped potato ⇒ add cumin and turn ⇒ make a paste of ginger, green chili and add ⇒ add cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and turn ⇒ add fried fish head ⇒ add chopped badhakopi ⇒ turn well ⇒ cover the lid ⇒ turn and cover ⇒ cook till water removed ⇒ add garam masala and sugar ⇒ cook few minutes to melt.
