Info : Naru, the food of Bengal. The traditional and historical sweet of Bengali food culture. Naru is the symbol of Hindu festivals in India. It is the favorite dish of Mata Laxmi. But this tradition is being forgotten now a days. It is very easy to make at home. We should learn how to make before it despaired from the recipe book of the world.

Ingredients : Narkel, Akher Gur (Sugar cane Jaggery).

Recipe at a Glance : Finely Grated narkel knead with akher gur ⇒ put it in a pan ⇒ cook it in low flame for few minutes (check intermittently under pinch if it becames dry by cooling) ⇒ now time to start making balls by rubbing your palm with small quantity of mixture (Caution: take care when you rub, because it is too hot. Cooling makes it dry. So you need to complete making balls before mixture get dry. Or you can use dice as per shape you like). ▶️ Video Help
