But this tradition is being forgotten now a days. It is very easy to make at home. We should learn how to make before it despaired from the recipe book of the world.
Ingredients : Narkel (Coconut) and Sugar cane Jaggery (akher gur].
Recipe at a Glance : Finely Grated narkel knead with jaggery ⇒ put it in a pan ⇒ cook it in low flame for few minutes [check intermittently under pinch if it become dry at cooling] ⇒ now time to start making balls through rubbing your palm with little quantity of mixture [Caution: take care when you rub because it is too hot. Cooling makes it dry. So you need to complete making balls before mixture get dry. Or you can use dice as per shape you like].
