Ingredients : Chalkumro Pata (Ash Gourd Leaves), Mustard Seed, Green Chili, Coconut, Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Sugar, Chingri (Shrimp), Oil, Water.

Recipe at a Glance : Make a paste of mustard seed, green chili, coconut, salt, sugar ⇒ add chingri (filling is ready) ⇒ make a batter of gram flour, rice flour, water and salt ⇒ take a chalkumro pata ⇒ put some filling on chalkumro pata ⇒ wrap with same chalkumro pata ⇒ dip into batter ⇒ deep fry.
