Recipe at a Glance : Make a dough of yogurt, semolina, flour (do not use water) ⇒ leave it for 12 hours ⇒ knead the dough with oil ⇒ leave it for 10 minutes ⇒ make some small balls ⇒ press and shape like Indian thick puri/roti ⇒ deep fry (high flame).
