Recipe at a Glance : Smash kul ⇒ marinate with turmeric and salt ⇒ fry dry red chili, crashed garlic, panch phoron, ginger paste ⇒ add kul ⇒ cook ⇒ add jaggery ⇒ cook ⇒ add black salt ⇒ cook ⇒ add roasted powder of fenugreek, fennel, cumin, black pepper, red chili ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add chat masala.
