Location: West Bengal.

Preference: Non-Veg.

Ingredients: Pangash (Pangasius Fish), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Aloo (Potato), Tomato, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilli, Mustard Oil, Cumin Powder, Water. Garam Masala.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Chop and clean pangash and marinate with salt and turmeric powder.

Step 2: Peel off and chop potato, chop tomato and onion.

Step 3: Make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chilli and onion.

Step 4: Fry marinated pangash in oil and keep aside.

Step 5: Fry chopped potato in oil.

Step 6: Add chopped onion, turn and fry.

Step 7: Add chopped tomato, salt and turmeric powder, turn and fry.

Step 8: Add the paste and cumin powder, turn and fry.

Step 9: Add water, turn and cook with cover.

Step 10: Add fried pangash and garam masala, cook with cover. Video Help
