Ingredients : Bottle Gourd (Louki), Potato, Red Dry Chili,  Ginger, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Green Chili, Fenugreek, Cumin, Mustard Seed, Fennel, Nigella Seed, Aamchur Powder, Tomato, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Oil, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Water, Ghee, Hing.

Recipe at a Glance : Peel off louki ⇒ chop ⇒ leave them into plain water otherwise they will be oxidized ⇒ pour oil into pressure cooker ⇒ add fenugreek, cumin, fennel, mustard seed, nigella seed, red dry chili ⇒ fry ⇒ add ginger paste, tomato paste, salt ⇒ cook ⇒ add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric ⇒ add large diced potato ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add chopped bottle gourd ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add garam masala ⇒ turn and add little bit of water ⇒ cook till 2 whistle ⇒ smash cooked potato into it ⇒  add coriander leaves ⇒ add ghee and hing in a separate pan ⇒ melt ghee and fry hing ⇒ pour it onto pressure cooker.

    With those more than 30 million inhabitants of Telangana, their food must be varied. Some ingredients of the recipe are a bit complicated to find in Chile but the photo shows that the dish is already a delight.

    1. Yes, India as famous for spice, and some states are famous for very spicy food. You are right.
