Ingredients : Gathi, Shutki, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Dry Red Chili, Cumin, Turmeric, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Mustard Oil, Water and Coriander Powder.
Recipe at a Glance : Soak shutki in hot water to become soft ⇒ drain water from shutki and separate ⇒ peel off and cut gathi ⇒ fry gathi ⇒ add cumin and chopped onion ⇒ fry ⇒ add shutki, turmeric and salt ⇒ fry ⇒ make a paste of ginger, garlic, dry red chili, cumin ⇒ add paste and coroander powder ⇒turn and cook ⇒ add bit of water ⇒ turn and get dry ⇒ add water ⇒ cook with lid to tender ⇒ add chopped coriander leaves. ▶️ Video Help
