Recipe at a Glance : Chop potato and brinjal as cubes ⇒ fry them ⇒ add nigella seed and green chili ⇒ add chop mustard leaves ⇒ add salt and turmeric ⇒ cook till soften ⇒ add sugar ⇒ cook till sugar melt. (Fried brinjal could be add just before adding sugar, or it may lead brinjal smashed).
