Location : Delhi. Preference : Non-Veg. Taste : Pungent.

Ingredients : Chicken, Yogurt, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green Chili, Tomato, Red Chili Powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Salt, Oil.

Recipe at a Glance : Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger, garlic, green chili paste, salt, turmeric, oil ⇒ leave it for nearly two hours ⇒ pour oil in the pan ⇒ add cardamom, cinnamon and lite fry ⇒ add chopped onion ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped tomato, pinch of salt ⇒ fry ⇒ add red chili powder ⇒ turn ⇒ add marinated chicken ⇒ turn and cook in low flame. ▶️ Video Help

    2. Here in India two kinds of curd being used, one is Sour and another is Sweet. I mean to say Plain Yogurt.

      3. Any Indian spices are widely available in New Jersey, Jackson Heights and few other places also. You can try once if it’s at your neighbourhood.
