Ingredients : Murgh (chicken), Yogurt, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Mace, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Salt, Turmeric, Oil, Kewra Water.

Recipe at a Glance : Marinate murgh with yogurt ⇒ leave it for two hours ⇒ pour oil in a pan ⇒ put cardamom, cinnamon, clove ⇒ saute ⇒ add ginger, garlic, onion paste ⇒ fry ⇒ add tomato paste, salt ⇒ fry ⇒ add red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric ⇒ turn few seconds ⇒ add murgh ⇒ turn and cook in low flame ⇒ add mace and nutmeg powder ⇒ cook ⇒ add kewra water. ▶️ Video Help

    Wonderful murgh recipe; really looks delicious. Black pepper in garam masala makes the moghlai murgh really spicy and Nutmeg is a perfect taste enhancer.
