When incorporating any spicy peppers, do you have a preference for the fresh or dried peppers? Do you have a preference for the spice level of each pepper?

    Like

    1. I always prefer fresh green or red chilli, Actually in India pepper represents the Black Peppers or white peppers. And Chili is Chili with different regional variations.

That makes sense. Even though it is probably due to personal preference, what are some dishes that you believe are better with the spicier peppers and which dishes are best with mild or medium peppers?

In the first dish, does the heat of the spicier peppers overwhelm the rest of the flavors? As for the second dish, what type of mild peppers do you like to use?

    1. I Shutki, the flavor of the dehydrated fish always underestimate the flavor of peppers.
And in second dish I always prefer Hot Finger Chili or Indian Hot Green Chili but it does differ place to place and availability also.
