As far as the red chili powder is concerned, does it matter which pepper it comes from?

    1. Always, as if it is from Bihar then it is hot but not too colourful. If it is from Nagaland then it is too hot but not good in colour. And if it is from Kashmir then it is not so hot but very fast in colour.

I can tolerate a significant spice factor. However, the only times it is a problem is if I overdo it.

Best Indian Food Blog, I know that over consumption of spicy foods can cause some problems. However, the way I see it, if I get very little or no grief when partaking of them, then I will keep at it.

Best Indian Food Blog, I know what my body can and cannot physically tolerate. What irritates me is the preconceptions that some people have regarding what other people can tolerate. Just my thoughts.
