Ingredients : Pattagobi, Flour, Salt, Oil, Water, Green Chili, Onion, Cumin, Coriander Powder, Chat Masala, Amchur Powder, Cumin Powder.

Recipe at a Glance : Make a dough of flour with salt, oil and water ⇒ leave it for minimum 30 minutes ⇒ chop pattagobi and onion, green chili ⇒ fry cumin ⇒ add chopped onion, green chili ⇒ fry ⇒ add pattagobi, salt ⇒ fry ⇒ add cumin powder, coriander powder ⇒ fry ⇒ add chat masala, amchur powder ⇒ fry ⇒ fillings is ready. Make small flour dough from larger one ⇒press and shape like a bowl ⇒ fill the bowl with fillings and seal the edge ⇒ press and flatten ⇒ shallow fry. ▶️ Video Help
