Ingredients : Kulekhara, Potato, Aubergine, Cooking Banana, Papaya, Bay Leaf, Panch Phoron, Salt, Turmeric, Ginger, Mustard Seed, Radhuni, Poppy Seed, Ghee, Sugar, Mustard Oil, Water.

Recipe at a Glance : Remove splinters of kulekhara and wash with water ⇒ peel off potato, cooking banana and papaya ⇒ chop cooking banana, aubergine, papaya and potato ⇒ make a paste of ginger, mustard seed, radhuni and poppy seed ⇒ fry aubergine with salt and turmeric and separate ⇒ fry panch phoron ⇒ add potato ⇒ fry ⇒ add cooking banana and papaya ⇒ fry ⇒ add salt, bay leaf and turmeric ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add water ⇒ cook ⇒ add kulekhara and aubergine ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add paste ⇒ turn well ⇒ add sugar and ghee ⇒ turn and cook. ▶️ Video Help
