Ingredients : Pigeon Pea, Split Chick Pea, Split Mung Bean, Water, Pumpkin, Potato, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Green Bean, Flat Bean, Aubergine, Tomato, Chayote, Salt, Ginger, Red Chili, Turmeric, Ghee, Red Dry Chili, Bay Leaves, Cumin, Asafoetida, Sugar, Roasted Cumin Powder.

Recipe at a Glance : Soak pigeon peas, split chick peas, split mung beans ⇒ boil soaked peas ⇒ add all chopped vegetables, ginger paste and salt ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add chopped red chili and turmeric ⇒ turn ⇒ pour and separate in a  bowl ⇒ fry red dry chi, bay leaves with ghee ⇒ add cumin and asafoetida ⇒ fry ⇒ add separated content ⇒ turn and cook ⇒ add sugar and roasted cumin powder ⇒ mix well. ▶️ Video Help
