Regarding the chili powder, does it matter what the pepper is that is used to produce the powder? Does it matter if it is green or red? Does it matter if it is mild, medium or hot?

    1. Red chili powder as natural color and for hotness. There is no other option.

Best Indian Food Blog, do you like the mildly spicy foods, the moderately spicy foods or the hardcore spicy foods?

    Liked by 3 people

    1. It depends on taste bud. Generally after having hardcore spicy food I like to have some non spicy or boiled food and when my stomach is relaxed then I like to have some spicy again! 😊🙏💖

Best Indian Food Blog, I am not easily intimidated by the advertised heat level of a hot sauce. I would not do something extreme like ingesting a super hot pepper pod, particularly on an empty stomach. Just my thoughts.
