Ingredients : Mustard Oil, Bori, Potato, Mulo (Radish), Cumin, Bay Leaves, Ginger, Salt, Turmeric, Green Chili, Water, Sugar, Garam Masala, Ghee.

Recipe at a Glance : Grate mulo and squeeze water of it. Fry bori and separate ⇒ fry chopped potato ⇒ add cumin and bay leaves ⇒ fry ⇒ add ginger and cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder, chopped green chili ⇒ fry ⇒ add little bit of water ⇒ cook ⇒ add grated mulo ⇒ cook ⇒ cover to tender ⇒ add sugar and fried bori ⇒ mix well ⇒ add garam masala and ghee ⇒ cook. ▶️ Video Help
