Location : Madhya Pradesh. Preference : Veg. Taste : Salty.

Ingredients : Poha (Flattened rice), Water, Potato, Green Chili Onion, Coriander Leaves, Vegetable Oil, Mustard Seed, Fennel Seed, Curry Leaves, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Sugar, Lime, Peanut, Sev, Chat Masala.

Recipe at a Glance : Fry Mustard Seed, Fennel Seed, Curry Leaves ⇒ add chopped Potato ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped Onion ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped Green Chili, Salt, Turmeric Powder ⇒ fry ⇒ add Water soaked Poha ⇒ fry ⇒ add Salt, Sugar ⇒ fry ⇒ off the flame ⇒ add Lime Juice ⇒ turn and mix well.
