Ingredients : Milk, Short Grain Rice, Cardamom, Ghee, Sugar, Water, Soyabean Oil.

Recipe at a Glance : Soak short grain rice in water ⇒ boil milk ⇒ add soaked rice ⇒ boil ⇒ add crushed cardamom ⇒ boil to make thicker kheer ⇒ let kheer cool ⇒ grease your palm with ghee ⇒ pick a small dumpling of kheer ⇒  roll the dumpling of kheer between your palms (you may give different shape as required) ⇒ keep dumplings aside ⇒ add sugar in a different pan ⇒ add water and crushed cardamom ⇒ boil to make sugar syrup ⇒ deep fry dumplings ⇒ put them into hot sugar syrup ⇒ leave them to soak well ⇒ it’s ready to serve, let’s taste. ▶️ Video Help
