Recipe at a Glance : Clean and chop rou mas ⇒ marinate with salt and turmeric powder ⇒ chop green chilli and tomato ⇒ fry rou mas ⇒ and keep aside ⇒ fry fenugreek, chopped green chilli and chopped tomato ⇒ add salt and turmeric powder ⇒ fry ⇒ add water ⇒ cook ⇒ add fried rou mas ⇒ cook ⇒ put off flame ⇒ add lime juice and chopped coriander leaves ⇒ turn well to mix ⇒ it’s ready to serve, let’s taste. ▶️ Video Help
