Ingredients : Green Bean, Carrot, Cabbage, Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Scallion, Onion, Tomato, Water, Vermicelli, Soyabean Oil, Black Pepper, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaves.

Recipe at a Glance : Chop green bean, carrot, green chilli, cabbage, garlic, ginger, scallion, onion, tomato ⇒ boil water ⇒ add vermicelli ⇒ boil ⇒ drain stock in separate container ⇒ cool down boiled vermicelli with normal water ⇒ drain the water ⇒ fry chopped garlic, chopped ginger ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped onion ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped carrot, chopped green bean ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped cabbage, chopped green chilli, crushed black pepper, salt ⇒ fry ⇒ cover to tender ⇒ add chopped tomato ⇒ fry v add chopped scallion, red chilli powder ⇒ fry ⇒ add vermicelli stock ⇒ cover to tender ⇒ put boiled vermicelli in a bowl ⇒ add vegetable soup ⇒ sprinkle chopped coriander leaves ⇒ it’s ready to serve, let’s taste. ▶️ Video Help
