Ingredients : Maas (Mrigal carp, can use any small fresh water fish), Salt, Turmeric, Onion, Tomato, Potato, Mustard Oil, Fenugreek, Green Chilli, Water, Tengesi (Water clover).

Recipe at a Glance : Clean and chop maas ⇒ marinate with salt and turmeric ⇒ chop onion and tomato ⇒ boil potato and peel off ⇒ fry marinated maas and keep aside ⇒ fry fenugreek, chopped onion, chopped green chilli ⇒ add boiled-smashed potato ⇒ fry ⇒ add salt, turmeric powder ⇒ fry ⇒ add chopped tomato ⇒ fry ⇒ add water ⇒ cook ⇒ add tengesi ⇒ cook ⇒ add fried maas ⇒ cook with cover to tender ⇒ it’s ready to serve, let’s taste. ▶️ Video Help
