    1. Yes, It is a regional variation of egg Bharta. Sometimes Bharta is kind similar to Mosdeng of Tribal community in Tripura state, India. And in other hand, Mosdeng means Curry also. And the meaning of Curry in other states is different from Mosdeng. Yes, seems to be confusing, but it’s reality of Indian food culture. We will make a video on it explaining briefly to understand better, Thank you for your interest.
